Terms of Service

CONCEPT GT TRANSPORT LLC ("Concept GT Transport," "we," "us") provides flatbed automobile transport services subject to a written bill of lading and transport agreement. Quotes are estimates based on information provided and may be adjusted if vehicle specifications, route, or timing change.

Customers are responsible for ensuring vehicles are operable (unless otherwise agreed), free of personal belongings, and accessible for loading. Concept GT Transport is not liable for delays caused by weather, mechanical failure, road conditions, or acts beyond our reasonable control.

Payment terms, cancellation policy, and insurance coverage details are outlined in your transport agreement. Claims must be noted on the delivery inspection report at the time of delivery.
